Lorraine also works with trauma victims that may have a claim with NJ VCCO. Lorraine is trained in addictions as well; specializing in gambling. There are treatment grants available if you or a loved one is being impacted by compulsive gambling.  EMDR interventions can be used with both of these presenting issues. Paul is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. (License #  37FA00013200) He holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, during which time he worked at the Institute for Family Services where he gained experience working with couples in abusive relationships. He worked with clients exploring the dynamics of power and control within the family system through the use of liberation based healing. He has experience working with children, individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Paul works towards developing a more complete understanding of the family's experiences through the exploration of their personal stories and history. In this way, ineffective methods of interacting can be explored and understood in such a way as to create a fertile ground for change. Addressing the issues present within the system through communication and appropriate use of language can lead to an effective shift within the dynamics of the family system as a whole.
